Deer Park has 10 larger, unique homes situated around a pond between Budlong St. and N. Scott St. (north of Maple Ave.) in Adrian. It gets its name from the fact that at one time it was fenced and the (then) sole owner kept deer on the property. Initial construction was in the 1950s with new construction as recently as 20-25 years ago. The newer homes are contemporary style with many luxury amenities. There are few transactions in Deer Park. Woodfield Drive subdivision, included on the Deer Park map, is immediately north and has 15 homes that are 2,500-3,000+ sf with luxury amenities. It is a very desirable location.
Adrian Public Schools is the resident school district. While Michigan is a "School of Choice" state, participation in choice programs is optional for districts. The degree and extent of participation are also determined at the local level. Ask your REALTOR® at The Wagley Group for more information.
